It was D's birthday yesterday and I took him on an island adventure to Schiermonnikoog, an island on the north side of the Netherlands. I knew he's take at least one book, and would want to read on the beach, so I packed a rather restrained art kit for myself... but what did I pack and what did I use? This was great practice for my trip to UK and Porto in September, so it was helpful to review what I took for a day at the beach and what I could leave behind. Hope you enjoy the video friends!
