The second in a series of watercolour basics for beginners, this video is all about mixing colours. I show you how to mix any colour you can think of from only three paints. I start by painting a colour wheel and then we make a page of simple shapes in many different colours. Each video in this series begins with some technical chat about watercolour painting, followed by a simple and fun pattern to paint. The videos in this series will take you through everything from supplies, to colour mixing and getting different effects to slightly more advanced techniques like negative painting and masking.
