On January 3rd of this year, I decided to start and complete 75 Hard in conjunction with the 1st Phorm New Year Transphormation Challenge. . Andy Frisella came up with 75 Hard as a mental toughness program to instill the crucial skills that winners possess. The traits you will gain from this program are as follows: -Confidence -Self-esteem -Self-worth -Self-belief -Fortitude -Grittiness -Discipline Make no mistake this is a mental toughness challenge, however, you will physically transform! The physical manifestation is the direct result of how the mind has become mentally tough. . It all comes down to 5 simple tasks, every day, with no compromise or deviation! It will make you uncomfortable! . The 5 tasks are as follows: -Read 10 pages of a personal development book. -Take Progress Pictures. -Drink 1 gallon of water per day. -Follow a diet (your choice of diet and no cheat meals or alcohol) -Workout twice a day for 45 minutes minimum.
