In this video, Tony Nec demonstrates how to play a variety of rhythm and grounding instruments, including: brass harmony balls 5-ball maraca rainstick ocean drum hand-held frame drum These have been put together in a sequence for demonstration purposes. You don't need to play all 5 of these instruments together like this at the end of any one sound therapy session. If you choose to play 2 or 3 rhythm & grounding instruments, that's fine....and then the rhythm and grounding part of the session could be a bit shorter than demonstrated here.
