It can be prepared during festive seasons Ingredients :Nurukku Gothambu Laddu Recipe|How To Make Broken Wheat Laddu|Laddu Recipe|നുറുക്ക് ഗോതമ്പ് ലഡ്ഡു Broken wheat-1cup Sugar -1 cup Ghee-2tbsp Cardamom powder-1/2tsp Food colour -1pinch Water -2.1/2cup Salt-1 pinch Preparation method of Nurukku Gothambu Laddu Recipe|How To Make Broken Wheat Laddu|Laddu Recipe|നുറുക്ക് ഗോതമ്പ് ലഡ്ഡു Wash the broken wheat well and drain the water. In a pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee and add broken wheat. Roast for about 3 minutes until dry and crisp (without changing its color). Add two and half cups of water, cardamom powder food color. Then add roasted broken wheat in it.after it well cooked add 1cup sugar in it.then add pinch of salt to balance sweetness. cover and cook until it dry.. After trasnfer in to a greased plate and make laddus while it is still warm.
