Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) have been using Microsoft Project solutions since 2017, with Wellingtone initially implementing Microsoft Project Server; and more recently having helped MPFT to transition to the latest Microsoft Project for the web solution. Project for the web alongside the Wellingtone Accelerator+ Power App, now underpins all Trust wide projects that are monitored by the centralised PMO, and it’s used to manage both Corporate and Clinical projects. Within this session you will get an overview of PFTW and discover why it was selected by MPFT and the journey they have been on. As part of the Microsoft Project for the web implementation, Laura led on the PMO governance element of the setup. Jack Gould; Senior Digital Project Manager at MPFT Jack has worked for MPFT (and its predecessor SSOTP) since 2015 in the Digital Projects Team in various roles. He is currently responsible for managing high and business critical priority digital projects for the organisation. He was the Project Manager for the Project for the Web Implementation and worked closely with the internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the configuration requirements were captured from both a PMO and Trust wide perspective. Andy Willis; Project Solution Specialist at Microsoft Andy has over almost twenty year’s experience helping customers implement complex enterprise software solutions. For the last seven of these years Andy has been solely focused helping customers understand the benefits and value of Microsoft’s PPM & Work Management Tools. His role at Microsoft focuses on leading Microsoft Project & modern work management sales engagements in enterprise organisations across industries, supporting the wider sales community with good practice. Baz Khinda; Microsoft PPM Specialist & Commercial Director Baz is an experienced Microsoft PPM Consultant and a Director at Wellingtone, a leading Microsoft PPM Gold Partner. In addition to this, he also works closely with the Microsoft UK Project team as a PSSP where he is often tasked with helping organisations address their PPM pains and increase their project management maturity. He has been directly involved in a significant number of implementations across an array of organisations that span both private and public sectors as well as numerous verticals.
