Welcome to another video here on Red Hat Diaries. This video as you will see has a slight twist to it, as I’m now walking bit on a bike, I still have Trev with me but he is travelling in a trailer. We travel from our home town of Broadstairs to Wye, and specifically to a yellow door which is home to a lovely gift shop called Tocketyboo. I hope you enjoy, and although the video is different, the theme of it is still the same, looking after ourselves and our mental health. I encourage you to open up to anyone who you can trust and will have a sympathetic ear, or to dial one of the numbers below, no matter what your current state of mental health is. We all can do with a trusted someone we can confide in. If you’re going through a hard time currently, I wish you peace and healing. Listed below are the UK helpline numbers to seek confidential professional help. I’m sure there are charities and helplines outside the UK too. Good luck and remember.
