New correct air cleaners are on order and go with the car! Super stock springs go with the car! The beginning of the muscle car era comes back to cars like this. A 1964 Plymouth Savoy with a 426 engine built to Stage III specs! Back that up with a 4-speed, and a 3.91 posi rear gear and you will get going in a hurry! Dyno tested at 387 RWHP, this Mopar is no slouch! Slide into the newly upholstered bucket seats (a rare find), fasten your seat belt, and grab onto the Hurst shifter because you're in for the ride of a lifetime! Firestone Dragster 10.00-15 slicks put that power to the pavement and send you down the line. Dual exhaust with optional cutoffs allow you to keep the car quiet and cruiser friendly, or wild and rowdy! An electric fan has been installed with a chrome toggle under the dash to help keep this big V8 cool. The battery is located in the trunk to help with weight distribution, and a battery cutout has been installed in the taillight panel. The interior has also received brand new carpet, and the trunk has been outfitted with a correct trunk mat. The Savoy name ran from 1954-1964 in the US, and the 62-64s helped pave the way for future muscle cars! The seller states that this car used to run a Hemi, but it blew up. It was replaced with a 440 block, with 426 internals, and was built to Stage III specs. Seller states that the transmission and rear end were correct for that Hemi car as well. We have photos of all castings and stampings we could find on the cars drivetrain. If you need any other numbers, just let us know.
