Indiana Statewide Tornado Drill 2019 - Upland, IN Sterling N-5 Siren Test

Due to the high failure rate of Noie-planned SWAs, we decided to stick with the Burns plan of recording this N-5 in Grant County. This siren was completely restored cosmetically and mechanically back around 2011 after sitting silent for a number of years. It does a noon blast every day as well as being tied in with Grant County's system. Upland also has an STH-10 at the well field (heard well throughout the video), and a Banshee at Taylor University. Normal test time for the county is 2nd Saturday of the month at noon.
