Participants will explore backward design principles to set performance targets, design IPAs, and use them to develop instructional units. We’ll cover key concepts such as proficiency-driven instruction, backward design, and the structure of IPAs, plus tips for creating interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational communication tasks, all interconnected within a contextual theme.
