My next guest is going to be John Burgos with the credited drug testing. And we're going to talk to John about some of the things that he's learned over the last couple of years in the drug testing industry. I'm back with John Burgos, Vice President of Accredited Drug Testing. Welcome, John. Hey, thanks for having me. It's good to have you. So, we're at the trade show of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association. And it's going to be a lot of people here today. John, you've been in a drug and testing industry now, what, about five years? About five years. What's a couple of the key things that you've learned over the years? I think the most important thing is consistency. Learn the regs, learn the rules and regulations on how to do a proper collection, you know, training, certification costs and education and learning, you know, utilizing the platform that, you know, your knowledge and expertise of your staff provides to us. And having that consistent, you know, recipe input to have the great recipe output is the most important thing, especially in our industry. You know, one slight error, a disconnect of not following a protocol, a procedure can create, you know, issues throughout the drug testing process. It can affect someone's life. Absolutely. I think you've learned that knowledge is power. Absolutely. And training, training, training. And I know Accredited Drug Testing does a great job with drug testing all over the United States. We're fortunate to work with this great company and we provide back office MRO services and a technology platform. John, you did a presentation at the conference yesterday. You talked about the Clearinghouse, the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Tell us a little bit how the presentation went. Well, a lot of great questions in the audience still ongoing. You know, it's a new process. As we all know, January 6 was, you know, a couple of months ago. And at the forefront of that is just everyone wanted to learn and obviously just gravitating to this new program that the FMCSA has rolled out. And it's important that, you know, we as industry leaders, you know, being hold hosting the conference along with, you know, yourself and your company, just provide that knowledge portion of it, because, you know, the FMCSA, yes, they can do so much. If we don't have the initiation by that, you know, and provide that outreach and that training, then it's not going to be successful in the industry. Yeah, it's interesting that they've since January 6, we're now in the second week in March. They've had over 8000 positives reported. Yes. You know, they imagined what was happening before. Yeah. It's serious business. So, what do you look forward to for the next couple of days here at the conference? Well, I'll look for the next couple of days as I do every conference and learn something. Great keynote speakers today that kind of inspired for us to continue to learn. You know, the addiction side of it and what we can do not only as a part of the process, but as a part of the solution, you know, to kind of refocus that. You know, I look forward to the rest of the presentations. Also have a lot of new exhibitors seeing what other parts of the industry that is, you know, maybe on the outskirts of drug testing, but do impact, you know, or could impact the industry and our employer. So, I look forward to continual just a network, gain knowledge, attend some seminars and just continue to grow myself. So that way we can relate that to our staff and continue to grow our company and more importantly, help the industry deal with safety issues. Yeah. So, you know, you've done a great job over the last five years, really taken in the knowledge and taken taking this seriously and learning and be able to being able to share that with your team of people at Accredited Drug Testing.
