Steps to create the Fishbone Diagram: From the Autoshapes Block Arrows menu add a Right Arrow. Extend the length of the arrow by pulling the yellow diamond handle. Add text here regarding the main problem to the base arrow. Pick up a line tool and add a slanting line from the base arrow upwards. Add a rectangle at the top of this line and add your text here. This will be one of the causes. Add horizontal lines to add sub-causes to the fishbone diagram. Group this section and copy based on the number of causes you wish to explain with this slide. To add the causes stub to the bottom, use the Arrange and Flip vertical option. If the text boxes are inverted, select each text box, use the arrange, rotate and Flip Vertical option again. Your ishikawa diagram is ready.
