Being PREGNANT during a global PANDEMIC | HOW to cope | My experience

Hi guys! Welcome back :) For today's video I wanted to share with you the advice that I've been reading and receiving about how to cope with being heavily pregnant during the current pandemic. I know many of you moms-to-be out there must be very anxious, regardless of what stage of pregnancy you're at, so I figured I'd make this video as a way to not only talk about the situation, but to also tell you about my own experiences of being pregnant, going to and from hospital's for growth scans, and how I've been trying to make the most out of being pregnant despite the underlying anxiety. I also talk about different ways that you can still share the JOY of being pregnant with your friends and family, despite not being able to see them in person, so hopefully this video can really help some of you :) I don't claim to be an expert on any of the topics that I discuss, and you can find some links below to various resources that I used or that I think might be beneficial for any mom-to-be.
