If your CNC has a spoil board you probably have had to replace it, either because of an unfortunate measuring miss-hap or it needs an upgrade. Using the template of the new spoil board Todd will show you how to make a location square, cam pressure holds, wedges, and a sanding wedge. With each project you will learn how he developed their designs, powerful software tips to save you time, and a few tricks along the way. When it comes to making the sign Todd will use a combination of the accessories from this project and a few from his first CNC accessories video. It's important to remember to use the proper hold downs and the material holds for every job… so having options on hand or that can be quickly made really helps in ensuring everything is secure and safe!
