2999 Lady of Legend has been with the Severn Valley Railway for a few week's now from Didcot Railway Centre, preparing for the Spring Steam Up. But how do you get a locomotive ready for it's starring role? You take it for a load test over the sixteen-mile line with a beautiful selection of GWR brown and cream coaches, the first time it's been beyond the 1/4 mile demonstration line in Oxfordshire. Our team have been working hard and you can now see, first hand, the fruits of their labour. An unbelievable effort, from the team at Bridgnorth MPD and those at Didcot Railway Centre.
