He questions Rose about Robert Scorpio. Lesley arrives at the hospital and Rick invites her to join him in the cafeteria. They chat about Lesley's "Scarlett O'Hara" behavior at the medical convention, and discuss the latest news that Luke is living in Laura's building. The conversation shifts to Robert Scorpio. Rick thinks he's a shady character, Lesley thinks he's pretty cute. Rick suggests that they dissolve their agreement to deal with Laura separately and forge a united front towards their daughter. The next day: Robert comes into the clinic for a recheck. Rick heads to the examination room with Robert and Lesley immediately invites herself along. Robert gets a kick out of their interaction. Afterward, R&L discuss his involvement with Laura. Their protective tone comes across loud and clear.
