Early Morning Walk in a Small Cotswold Village | Got Startled

So, today we are out and about in the small village of Adlestrop which is a civil parish located about 5 km east of Stow-on-the-Wold in Gloucestershire in the UK. Twelve years ago in 2011 the village had a population of 120 which included neighbouring village Daylesford as it falls under the parish of Adlestrop. The village is well known for a poem written in 1917 by Edward Thomas entitled "Adlestrop". Up until 1966 the Cotswold Line railway passed along the Evenlode valley southwest of the village where there was a station situated, the station formed the basis of Thomas's poem. The local parish church is St Mary Magdalene which dates far back as the 13th century and is thought to of been restored several times since it's construction.
