You can only access it through Time Attack, so speed is the real game here. You fall almost everything you fought in the main game, including pretty much every miniboss, as well as the boss for Wily Stage 2. At the end awaits a new boss: Fake Man, one of those Police robots we saw with Wily. He runs around the room Crash Man style until you decide to shoot. In which case he will jump around the room and fire off 6 shots. Once he does, he will stop to reload, and then he resets. Jewel Satellite does the most damage to him, and it can deflect his shots back at him.
