And just a few weeks ago, I finished my most recent bulking phase where I went all the way up to 190 lbs - 86 kg which puts me at a higher body fat percentage, around 15 - 16% body fat. Now it's time to do a fat loss phase down to 10% body fat. During this cut to 10 - 12% body fat, I'll be following 5 rules to ensure my effort goes in the right direction.
