Medievil - The Sleeping Village

The Sleeping Village in my Medievil walkthrough. Remember the people under Zarok's spell in the intro? well here they are. I don't know what's so sleepy about this village, they're all awake at midnight waiting to kill you. Don't kill them or you'll empty the Chalice which starts at 59%. There are two items you need to work towards getting, The Landlord Bust and the Crucifix mould. the Landlord Bust can be obtained from what I presume to be an Inn, although I didn't see a sign or symbol to tell you what the building was. You'll need a Moon rune from the house by the water to get into the Inn building, whilst at the water hit the switch down the stairs to return the flow to the fountain and knock down the Chaos Rune. Head into the Inn type building and push a barrel on to the weight activated switch. Open the door to the basement and head down. smash the barrels down here for money and continue to the next part of the house. Head upstairs and smash the barrels by the Earth rune, grab it and head back downstairs and unlock the room. Hit the switch and go back up for the Bust. The enemies will appear now. I can never work out the enemies accents, one minute they sound French the next Russian then some made up shit. At least the other NPCs are all variations on English accents (done horridly by Americans I might add). Kill the musketeer type guys around to increase the Chalice%. The Crucifix Mould can be found in the Library, by smashing the bookcase between two of the books. Now with both items, head to the furnace and place the mould and then the bust in. Took me a while to get the precise angle needed.... Then jump on the bellows 15 times or so in a timed manner to melt down the Bust into the Mould and make a Crucifix for the Church. Yes this is a relatively long level..... Use the Crucifix at the back of the Church and take the Safe Key. head to the grassy area and through the back gate that's opened up. Head into the house via the roof. Hit the switch and use the key on the safe to find the Shadow Artefact, which we'll need in a few levels time. Head to the final area and kill the Musketeer guys by the exit. Head back to the hopefully full Chalice by the house with the safe and claim it. End the level at last. The reward in the Hall of Heroes is either the Spear or Longbow (the one you didn't pick last level).
