OVEN ROASTED RED POTATOES WITH A SPECIAL SEASONING BLEND

This video is about HOW TO MAKE OVEN ROASTED RED POTATOES AND HOW TO MAKE A SPECIAL SEASONING SAUCE TOPPING. INGREDIENTS 4 TBSP. OR 1/2 Stick Salted Butter 3-4 TBSP. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 TSP. Pink Himalayan Salt (or table salt with no Iodine) 1 TSP. Granulated Garlic 1 TSP. Granulated Onion 1 TSP. Paprika 2 TSP. Ground Black Pepper 4 Red Potatoes, washed and black spots removed Spray Olive Oil INSTRUCTIONS Pre Heat your oven to 400°F. Cut up your potatoes into one inch squares. Put them in a mixing bowl with sides high enough so the potatoes don't go flying when you toss em around. Melt butter and mix with olive oil. Add in all other seasonings listed above and stir well. Pour this sauce over the potatoes and fold the sauce into the potatoes until they are well coated. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with some olive oil. Fold the sauce into the potatoes one last time then pour the potatoes onto the baking sheet. Spread the potatoes around so they are in a single layer. Slide that pan of potatoes into your oven and let them roast for 15 minutes. Take the pan out. Flip the potatoes around so a different side faces up. Roast them for another 15 minutes. Flip the potatoes one last time and roast for another 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, your potatoes are now done! Chef's Notes: I oven roasted 100 pounds of red potatoes just like this many years ago and the people loved em! The sauce is outstanding. Try it sometime! You'll love it too.
