New Leadership Skills for an Awakening Humanity: Being Present - September 2024 Alignment

Hello, the September Alignment is here! Each month, we teach about the Frequency of Leadership and offer a 15-min Channeled Energy Session supporting you to live and lead from your highest frequency. This month's topic is: NEW LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR AN AWAKENING HUMANITY: BEING PRESENT In sports, you often hear coaches and players talk about letting the game come to them. It’s that beautiful experience when things begin to flow and opportunities seem to come your way more easily. Things become more effortless and sometimes, because you’re fully absorbed in the moment, you lose all sense of time. Moments like these are imprinted in our mind because they seem rare, and so viscerally different than normal. What if these moments are possible not just in sports, but in our life and leadership? And what if you experienced them more regularly, and not just on rare occasions? We’re so accustomed to having to work hard and put in tremendous effort to make things happen in our lives. Especially as leaders, we have a vision we want to realize and we believe it’s normal that it’s going to require a lot of work. Blood, sweat, and tears is a common mantra. While that is one way to do it, it certainly isn’t the most powerful way to create, or the most enjoyable. When we begin working with our frequency first, life shifts from effortful to effortless. When we get our frequency dialed in, the game of life begins flowing toward us, bringing us the right people, circumstances, and experiences to help us realize our vision. Do we need to take action? Of course, but it only comes after aligning our frequency with the outcome we desire. There are a set of essential skills related to frequency that can help you get the most out of your life and leadership. This month, we dive into the first of these skills, Being Present. A few key points we cover are: ▸ All of your external experiences are a mirror of your internal frequency. This means ALL change starts from inside first. ▸ If you want to create with your full power, you need to understand your frequency. ▸ Life starts to flow to you when you begin creating intentionally with your frequency. ▸ The first leadership skill, Being Present, is about becoming more aware of the state of your frequency from moment to moment. ▸ This skill helps you shift out of creating unconsciously, and move into creating more consciously. ▸ One of the best ways to develop this skill is through silent meditation, a practice of being present in the moment and aware of the current state of your frequency. Up to now, most of us have been using only half of our innate creative power – if that. It’s so much easier, more effective, and enjoyable when you begin exercising your full power; it all starts with your frequency. Let the game come to you.
