I had wanted to do a video on the Fish and Chip culture, then last week a 40 year old Christchurch Fish and Chip shop closed up, Big Gary's was a staple for Canturbury Uni students and the culture will be missed. While Fish and Chips were originally created in England, it is us in New Zealand who have truley mastered them and turned this food into a cultural obsession.
