Wilder Ranch E-Bike Test: Santa Cruz Heckler vs. Bullit! Last week, we ventured to Santa Cruz HQ to delve into their e-bike lineup, eager to experience firsthand what all the buzz was about. Renting both the Santa Cruz Heckler and the Bullit. Our destination was Wilder Ranch State Park, conveniently close to the factory, where we put the bikes to the test on the Enchanted Loop Trail. When I assert that the Bullit feels like a genuine bike, it's with the acknowledgment that I momentarily forgot it was an e-bike; its handling was so reminiscent of a traditional bike.
