Filipino Culture – Music and Dance, Montclair Public Library, 07/13/22, Dancers, Part 1 A Journey through the Philippine is presented by the Montclair Adult School Department of the Montclair Public Library. Maurice Boyer, Kristine Massari, and Ameurfina H. Nazario collaborated and produced this free community event featuring the Alay Philippine Performing Arts. Alay Philippine Performing Arts is a not for profit organization fostering the recognition and appreciation of traditional arts through stories, music, dances, and workshops. Founded in 1991 by the three Hidalgo sisters: Mirinisa Hidalgo Myers, Ameurfina Hidalgo Nazario, and Lyrissa Hidalgo O'Brien.
