What flip/invert is the easiest?!? Well in my opinion and experience it's the toeeside backroll, particularly off the kicker/ramp. It's important to approach the ramp slowly, and just before you get to it, take your back hand off the handle. Make sure to ride to the top of the kicker, and then push off like you would on a backflip on the trampoline. From there, tuck your knees in, and look back with your head. As you rotate around, look for the water. On the landing, bend your knees to absorb the impact, and keep your head up looking at the far shore. Hopefully this helps, and thanks for watching. Dave
