Short video on how to make Potato Sagu / Bombay Sagu!:) Quick and Easy Potato Sagu / Bombay Sagu Recipe: Ingredients: Oil - 2 Tbsps Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp Urad Dal - 1/2 Tbsp Chana Dal - 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Curry Leaves - 2 Tbsps Green Chillies - 6-7 Slit Onions - 2 Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Chopped Water - 1 Cup / As Required Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tbsp Potatoes - 2 Boiled and Mashed Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 Tbsps Salt - As Per Taste Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsps Finely Chopped Preparation Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, chopped ginger, curry leaves, and green chillies. Fry until fragrant. 2. Add onions and fry until they are cooked. 3. Add tomatoes, cover with a lid, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes until softened. 4. Add some water and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix everything well and add some more water if needed. 6. In a small bowl, mix gram flour with water to form a smooth lump-free paste. Add it to the Sagu. 7. Add salt as per taste and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. 8. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. PotatoSagu is ready to be served.
