I haven't done a follow my instructions video in quite a while and I received a request for one recently, so decided to give it a go! Since most follow my instructions videos are pretty fast paced, I decided to give this concept the Devan treatment and keep things very slow and gentle. Hope you enjoy! I'll be honest, I didn't feel quite on my game in this one, and I ended up editing out a few triggers that I felt didn't work well. Even though I'm not as confident as usual in this finished product, I'm taking it as a lesson in letting go of perfectionism and trusting that this video will serve its purpose for whoever might need it.
