A 40 year old male patient presented with gradual progressive loss of vision in his right eye six month following a blunt trauma with a fist. Visual acuity was HM with unremarkable changes in anterior segment A Chandelier assisted buckling procedure was arranged with the use of Eckardt Chandelier twin light 27 gauge fixed to the globe at 12 o'clock through two 27 gauge cannula. A circumferential #42 buckle was fixed to the globe in four quadrants with drainage of subretinal fluid and SF6 gas injection.
