It’s tight bend after insanely tight bend, steep up hills then plunge down again. It’s so narrow you have to crawl past other vehicles, the maddest thing of all, it’s a bus route! Fill size coaches come steaming around the bends. Look out for the bus that almost takes me out on a bend. I had stopped, but he didn’t even slow, I had to lean the bike over and even then, he brushed the pannier. Exciting or what? I needed the coffee at the little bodega just outside Masca, it’s a lovely little place, they don’t speak English and it’s cash only, 2 euro for a lovely coffee it’s a bargain.
