Architect Ramesh J Tharakan is one of the most accomplished designers in the country. After graduating from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi in the early 70's he chose to return to his native place and set up his practice, in the process, taking the lead role in the evolution of a TROPICAL MODERN Kerala architecture, through his collaborative practice of design in the firm Design Combine. This year he turned 70 and this documentary is a tribute by his proteges, that takes one on a journey through his "spaces"- that which shaped him -his household and schools...that which he created for his clients....that which he shared with his juniors and associates in his practice and ...that he carved for himself in the history of modern Indian architecture..
