Several months ago Harbor Freight ceased stocking Predator 224 engines and even removed them from their website. For several weeks people in the Mini-Bike and Karting world agonized over the reason and stories started to circulate that the engine had been dropped from the line up or worse yet...the design changed for cheaper production. Thus the stories of 224 engines returning with Hemi-Heads and a changed Bore/Stroke to still keep it a 224cc engine but not as costly to make made the rounds on the interwebs. We finally got our hands on a new stock, fresh off the truck, Predator 224 and we're tearing that box open to see if the rumors are true..... Music used in this video has been created by me.
