The Vlog with Norway Part 6 Flam to Geiranger | Bøyabreen Glacier, Viewpoints, and Snow!

I embarked on a truly once in a lifetime trip around Norway for 10 days with my friend Cristina. We rented a car and mostly followed an itinerary outlined in this blog https://apassionandapassport.com/10-d... Without exaggeration, this was the best trip/vacation of my life! In Part 6 of this series, Cristina and I drove from Flam to Geiranger with some truly indescribable pitstops along the way! First, before leaving Flam, I did a small picturesque hike to the Brekkefossen Waterfall. Once we got on the road, we stopped at the Stegastein Viewpoint overlooking the Aurlands Fjord. We then thankfully avoided a 25 km tunnel to see spectacular mountain views which included snow! We quickly stopped by the Flotane Waterfall and the Vedahaugane Viewpoint. Next we saw the Borgund Stave Church, an unconventional viking-looking church, before reaching the highlight of possibly my entire trip to Norway: the Bøyabreen Glacier! Aside from the obvious majestic background, it really struck me how Cristina and I were the only people enjoying the view. Maybe we got lucky by traveling to Norway when we did, but one of the most amazing aspects of the trip was how few tourists we encountered!
