How To Make Soft And Juicy Meatball Curry - How To Prevent Koftas from Breaking | Kofta Curry Please subscribe -    / @currieswithbumbi   Ingredients - For making the kofta - Makes 15 medium koftas * 55 gm onion * 10 gm ginger * 15 gm/4 large garlic cloves * 5 to 6 mint leaves or any herb of your choice * 1 tsp coriander seeds/ 1 tsp coriander powder * 1 tsp cumin seeds/ 1 tsp cumin powder * 1/4th tsp black peppercorns/ 1/2 tsp black pepper powder * 1 large slice of bread or a fourth of a cup of breadcrumbs * 1 tsp salt * 500 gm ground lamb or any meat of your choice. Should be ground finely.
