This recipe was originally featured in a previous « Living La Vie » episode and here I’ve separated it to make it easier for you foodies to find it! These black eggs are not only gorgeous, they are also amazingly delicious and the perfect filling treat for busy people. The only down side is they’ll be devoured very quickly and you’ll have to do this recipe over and over and over again. Tips: if you have leftover balsamic onions in your jar once your eggs are done, use them to spice up your sandwiches or as a coating to any meal - they make everything better. Cheers!
