Combinative effect of shock and bonechill: Increased DPS from shock and bonechill (chill) combine additively into one more multiplier. For example, if you have 31% increased shock and 28% chill effect, your DoT DPS is multiplied by (100%+31%+28% = 159%). It is not (131%*128%=167%).
