To make a Table of Contents (TOC) on a report, Duane creates the report twice. The first time is to populate a table with titles and page numbers for the table of contents. The second time shows the table of contents on the report. Duane's second presentation is a useful tool showing a great user interface to create custom queries (Query By Form, QBF) that makes it easy for the user to pick fields, choose sorting and criteria, output to a number of different formats including Excel or a graph in Access.
