IS GEL POLISH OR GEL PAINT BETTER? | KIRSTY VS NAILCHEMY

Hi guys People always ask me if they should use gel paint or gel polish in their nail art and I'm sick of repeating myself so I'm making a video. I'm going to start with a background of Beige Dave and do a Gloss Top Coat and a Matte Top Coat just to show the difference between the top coats too. I'm going to start with the gel paint and it's a little thicker than gel polish so it can be a little more difficult to work with but it does give these really cool lines. I'm going to do thin lines, thick lines, short lines, long lines, and curly wurly lines to really test these out. The gel polish is a little thinner than paint and you have to cure it in between so it does help if you mess up because it doesn't dry. In the end, I'm going to be like Bob Ross and say that they both work for different things. Paint is great for detail because you can get super sharp lines and it buffs off easy but there's a wider range of colours with gel polish, so use a mix depending on what you're doing.
