Hey there! Today, we're thrilled to share our family-friendly afternoon/ bedtime routine and our way to getting our kids to sleep through the night. My husband and I do our best to balance things around the house and are happy to share what works for us! With little outside help, we learned to lean on each other to maximize our days with these little ones. We noticed days when they don’t sound are when we have the most trouble getting them to stay down or even go to bed. They need to burn some energy. Tip #2- we use overnight diapers for both Tip #3 we do our best to stick to a routine. Create one that works for you and your family.
