Mango Custard Bread Pudding || Arabian Mango Pudding || Summer Special Mango Dessert Recipe - RKC If you are a mango lover and craving for mangoes, make the seasons favorite fruit, mango dessert , mango custard bread Pudding Ingredients Milk 2 cups Condensed milk 1/2 cup or adjust accordingly Custard powder 2 tbsp Room temp Milk 1/4 cup Pinch of saffron Heavy cream 250 ml Condensed milk 1/4 cup Whisk it well and keep it aside. Preparation 1. Take Custard powder in a bowl and add 1/4 cup milk. Mix well so no lumps are formed. Set aside. 2. Boil the milk in a saucepan, add condensed milk and mix it well. In a bowl Add custard and milk , mix it well. Add custard mix and keep stirring for another 3-4 min. Stir continuously until custard gets cooked and mixture becomes thick. Once it gets thick consistency you can turn off the heat. Let it cool for sometime. 3. Chop the mangoes and puree and keep it aside. Save some chopped mangoes for garnish. 4. Once Custard becomes room temp, add mango puree and mix it well. 5. Trim the edges of the bread and layer them in the 9x13 glass dish. Pour half of the mango custard mix over. Layer another layer of bread and pour the remaining mango custard mix. 6. Mix 1 cup heavy cream with 1/4 cup of condensed milk and mix it well. Pour this over the mango custard pudding. Finally you can garnish it with some chopped mangoes and nuts. 7. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve it chilled.
