6 February 1952, at the age of 26 years old, Princess Elizabeth became Queen after the passing of her father, King George VI. Although we don't always have the chance to look into her private life, here we are able to see her life outside her royal duties: a kid growing up with her parents, with her sister, enjoying horse rides, hanging out with friends or just enjoying a family picnic. Whilst already having a husband and two kids of her own when she became Queen, she has managed her role as mother and wife along with her royal duties. She has always remained royal and majestic throughout her reign and to this we say, Keep Calm and Queen On!
