My Greenworks Electric Pressure Washer stopped working even though it had power. The reset button wouldn’t work, so I tried something else. Hope this helps someone, good luck! 1. Make sure power button on unit is off. Allow water to flow through hose without a nozzle on wand, holding the trigger for about 30 seconds or until all air and pressure is released. 2. Mash reset button a bunch of times quickly until black box starts buzzing. 3. Once buzzing, press reset. 4. Green light should be on, then press test. A successful test results in green light turning off. If it doesn’t, try steps 1-3 again. 5. Once test is successful, there is no light, at this point press reset and light should reappear. 6. Go to unit and let more water through wand, without tips. 7. Once all air is out of unit, add a tip (green or white or red) to wand. Hold the trigger letting water pass through. 8. While holding trigger, turn on the unit. If this doesn’t work, don’t give up. Go through the steps again.
