–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Follow us on instagram & facebook @teejays.kitchen insta:   / teejays.kitchen   fb: https://fb.com/teejayskitchen2020/ –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– HOMEMADE FRIED POTATO CHEESE BREAD Ingredients • Boiled Potatoes - ½ Kg • All Purpose Flour - 2 Cup • Egg - 1 • Salt - 1 ½ Tea Spoon (or as per taste) • Red Chilli - ½ Tea Spoon • Black Pepper - ½ Tea Spoon • Paprika Powder - ½ Tea Spoon • Zeera - 1 Tea Spoon • Baking Powder - 1 Tea Spoon • Fresh Coriander - ¼ Bunch • Mozzarella Cheese- 100 Gms • Cooking Oil - For frying Method Mash boiled potatoes. Add all the ingredients except mozzarella cheese in a large pan and mix thoroughly. Knead on a flat surface and then cut it in four equal parts. Shape each portion in a ball and flatten like a chapatti. Now cut Mozzarella cheese in rectangular pieces and lay on top of one of the rolled potato-flour mixture. Top with other rolled piece and cut it in five pieces. Press all edges to firmly join. This will ensure that cheese does not ooze out during cooking. Heat cooking oil on low flame in a pan and then transfer all pieces one by one. Fry for approximately 3-4 minutes each side and then turn side of each piece. Take out while the color turns golden brown. Ensure frying on low flame else the pieces might not cook well from inside. After frying, place all bread pieces on kitchen paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
