Here's my latest resurrection, a 1981 Bally Elektra in action. Pretty cool game. Lots of neat features. Multiball is tough to achieve. I love the speech and sounds. The artwork is also quite good. Truth be told, this game has a huge cool factor, but the gameplay is kinda so-so. Not really nearly as good as its 1981 Bally brethren Centraur and Fathom. The game has a lot to do for a 1981 machine, but the majority of the neat shots are on the upper playfield with the in-line targets and the horseshoe loop around the upper left side. The main playfield is very open, which I like, but there's only stationary targets to shoot for. The middle targers, which open the ball-save gate on the right, can be a bit drainy, while the left targets build up your Elektra time. Elektra time, of course, is earned on the main and upper playfields, but gets played out on the lower playfield after the ball drains. Elektra is one of the few games with no pop bumpers. The lower playfield is a cool feature, but it's not terribly playable. Light targets 1 through 6 (in order, if you can), wash, rinse, repeat. This game was designed by Claude Fernandez with art by Tony Ramunni, who also did the art on Black Knight.
