Bukovel. The best ski resort in Ukraine. Bukovel (Bukovel) — is the largest ski resort in Eastern Europe situated in Ukraine, in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast of western Ukraine. It is one of the most popular ski resorts in the Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains. The climate of the Carpathians is characterized by a snowy winter. There is no big frosts and cold winds. The sun shines quite a large number of days. The temperature vary from 3 to 7 degrees below zero. Winter in Bukovel is wonderful. Snow covers the surrounding mountains and on a white veil you can see bright costumes of Skiers. There is Bukovel Ski School which was set up in 2001 by the Bukovel Ski Resort and ski and snowboarding coaches.
