At 230lbs this was not possible with conventional gear. After a full season on the board I share my thoughts as well as actual video of what it looks like to sail in winds well below 10 mph. It's almost a different sport in these conditions. When it's really borderline, it's a bit like fishing. You hunt for a puff, catch it, pump the wing and foil to try to stitch rides together. It's no problem at all with a solid 8mph. This video is capturing the absolute minimum capability of the setup.
