Wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate which is located on border of Bradenton & Sarasota in Manatee County. This Waterfont Wedding venue provides a atmosphere of upscale elegance. Our Sarasota Wedding Photographers love the Crosley Mansion because of the mediterranean style architecture, which allows for some spectacular wedding photography and video. Originally built in 1929 by Sarasota Entraprenuer Powel Crosley who built the mansion for his wife. Unlike beach waterfront wedding venues, at the Powel Crosley Estate, there is no annoying sand to deal with. The Grass comes right up to the Intra-coastal waterway. The Powel Crosley Estate can be challenging, therefore, you want an expereienced wedding videographer, if getting married here. We used 1)Canon 70d with a Sigma f1.8 lense, 2)Canon 5d mark 3 with a f1.8 85mm lense, which we put in the balcony, 3)Canon 7d f1.8 50mm which we put up front facing the groom and 4)a Canon xf300 which we used in the back. The sun can be pretty bright shining on the back of the Powel Crosley Mansion, so as a videographer you really have to know how to have your aperature & ISO settings right, so that the faces have a nice warm glow, but yet not too bright.
