While other islands near Semporna attract masses of tourists, this peaceful and isolated island near Kudat above the tip of Borneo has hardly any visitors. We were the only guests here on this hidden tropical island for our whole stay, which we spent on our very own private beach watching some of the most epic sunsets we've seen in Asia and eating some of the cheapest and best seafood you can find in Malaysia! This is our life on a remote Borneo island...we found paradise here on Banggi island and it has to be one of the best places to visit when you travel to Sabah in Borneo Malaysia.
