Food and Wine Channel presenter, Carry Goliath interviews the Executive Chef of Taj Hotel, Chef Shyam on his role in the hotel and mentor in the Cape Legends Inter-hotel Challenge 2014. An initiative that is a powerful entity for the upliftment, training and nurturing of the thousands of young people that come into the hospitality industry creating an opportunity for the participating hotels to become a unified force. In 2014 Cape Legends Inter Hotel Challenge has gone nationwide, launching in Cape Town, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal with 21 hotels coming on board and seeing a huge growth in this exciting project.
