Hi everyone! I'm so happy I get to share my granola bar recipe with you today! I've been perfecting this recipe for months (and seriously make them almost every week!) - ingredients and recipe below! Ingredients 2 cups quick oats 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes 4 tablespoons chia seeds 4 teaspoons ground flaxseed 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey Recipe In a large bowl, add 2 cups quick oats, 1 cup sliced almonds, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes, 4 tablespoons chia seeds and 4 teaspoons ground flaxseed. Stir together until mixed. In a small bowl, add 1 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup honey. Stir together for 15-30 seconds and then pour into the large bowl. In the large bowl, mix everything together until coated evenly. Pour granola into an 8in x 8in pan. Use wax paper to flatten granola. Cover granola and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Congratulations, now it's time to enjoy your granola bars!
